Text-To-Speech System
Like STR-SpeechTech's other StarCaster® products, StarCaster® Time and Temperature (TNT) is a vocabulary-based Text-to-Speech (TTS) system that produces high-quality voice output containing the current time and temperature in a specific location. In addition, StarCaster® TNT randomly generates aspects of a message in order to mimic the diversity found in natural language. - The attractive and intuitive display provides the time and temperature from virtually any location (the web demo displays the time and temperature at our offices in Victoria, BC, Canada).
- Different voices are available to allow for the customization of output so StarCaster® TNT can suit the mood of your business.
- The varied output means StarCaster® TNT rarely sounds the same twice – helping to retain the interest of repeat listeners.
- Messages are time sensitive – for example, StarCaster TNT will say “Good Morning” at 6am and “Good Evening” at 6pm.
- StarCaster® TNT can be modified to best suit your needs; choose Fahrenheit or Celsius, a 12 or 24 hour clock, or anything else you can imagine.
