What is the price for your Starcaster® Text-to-Speech System
StarCaster® is not a commercial off-the-shelf
(COTS) product. It consists of optional software modules, and
is configured to meet each customer's specific requirements. It's
difficult to give pricing details before we have information on
the application StarCaster will be used in. StarCaster requires
the development of a vocabulary database to produce the speech
output, and a part of the cost is also dependent on the size of
the database needed. Please contact us directly to discuss the StarCaster
System and your application.

Can I use Starcaster® to read Word documents and emails ?
Currently StarCaster® is not suitable
for reading Word documents, emails or internet content. Most Word
documents and emails are made up of unlimited text. StarCaster
requires the development of a vocabulary database to produce the
speech output which means it uses limited text - the words and
phrases that are included in the database. Every word and phrase
from a Word document or email would have to be included in the
database, which would make the database extremely large and difficult
to keep up-to-date. Check out our page on current

Can I get a price list of all your products?
Because we are a software company that focuses on developing technology solutions rather than just packaged products, some of our product prices are dependent on the application they are used in, or require licensing fees. We don't have a list that states the exact dollar amount of every product we offer, but if you contact us noting a particular product you'd like information on, we will get back to you right away with a specific answer.
